At Leica Store Miami, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment does not meet your expectations, you may return most new or used items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Contact our support team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your item back.
Pack Securely
Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging with all included accessories and manuals, then pack it into a sturdy shipping box with protective materials.
Ship to Store
Affix the shipping label clearly on the outside of the box and send the package to our Miami showroom using a trackable and insured shipping method.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
